Consider this your introduction to the Beast or Bodied program designed to promote stability and conditioning. The goal here is to condition your body for the more difficult routines to come.

BODY DEFINITION
PHASE II | 4 WKS | 8 EXERCISES | REPS & INTERVALS
Designed to improve muscular threshold by increasing exercise session time and extending frequency range. Your success here will be challenged throughout the remainder of Beast or Bodied.

ENDURANCE

HOW DO I KNOW IF IM A GOOD FIT?




You are physically fit but just haven't enough time to hone in on the craft of unlocking your true potential when it comes to training. You're looking for a program that will allow you start off at your own pace and build up as you go.



You're competitive even if that means competing against yourself. You want to push your body to its limits and make a record of your progress. You stick to personal goals and become more and more driven over time.



You possess physical strength and a mental toughness that is second to none! You thrive in situations that require physical endurance. You set and break goals no matter how long it takes to achieve them.

DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?
Your first 7 days do not require any equipment, however as you enter week 2 you will need resistance bands. The best kind of resistance bands is the elastic loop bands. The ones with no handle.

HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?
The total duration of the program is 16 weeks.

DOES IT COME WITH A FITNESS GUIDE?
Yes, because we want you to stay on track when it comes to the goals you set.

WHAT DOES THE TERM BEAST MEAN?
Beast by definition is a physiological switch associated with a persons state of mind when training or performing a task that requires concentration, precision or maximum effort.

"Beast" is also a training mode within the program that allows participants to challenge their previous performance.

For example: If you did 10 pushups in your first set, then you will be challenged to perform 10 pushups in your second set.

WHAT DOES THE TERM BODIED MEAN?
Bodied, as it relates to this program is a term used to describe both achievement and failure. It is a training mode designed to challenge you against your overall best performance.

For Example: You are entering your 3rd set and have performed 50 pushups in your 1st set and 35 in your 2nd. When you enable "BODIED MODE", you will be challenged to hit your goal of 50 or more pushups.

If you succeed, then you BODIED your pushups, but if you fail - then the pushups BODIED you instead.

HOW MANY SETS MUST I DO?
The minimum number of sets to perform is 3. However, you can perform as many sets as you'd like.

Note: It isn't a specific requirement to perform more than 3 sets and you should always assess and re-assess how you feel during and after every performance.

HOW LONG IS EACH EXERCISE ROUTINE?
Each routine varies in duration and is therefore based on each participants current level of fitness.

HOW DIFFICULT IS THIS PROGRAM?
Beast or Bodied is designed to challenge you every time you log in for your workout! "Difficulty" will range from participant to participant, however - this program is very challenging.

WHEN DO I EXERCISE?
Beast or Bodied will require you to set aside 3 non-consecutive days out of the week to perform your routines. While most people choose a Monday, Wednesday and Friday schedule, you can also select a Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday schedule.

There is a recovery 24hr to 48hr recovery period between each training day. This is a recovery period to allow your body to recuperate before the next training routine which is designed to be a bit more challenging.

Can you skip this day? Yes, we will provide you the opportunity to bypass this waiting period. You should always perform a self-assessment to ensure you are ready to move forward.
IS THIS THE BEST PROGRAM OUT THERE?
The results come quick and is an overall great program for those looking to take their conditioning to another level. You decide!

CAN IT BE DONE AT THE GYM?
Sure, even though having access to a gym is not required. You can take advantage of the equipment in the gym to add extra resistance to your routines. For example, you can hold free weights as you perform body squats or while performing wall sitters.
WHAT SHOULD I EAT?
When you sign up, you will gain access to our signature fitness guide aimed at helping you make better choices in the kitchen AND we will be releasing tons of recipes for you to use and apply.

SHOULD I CONSULT A PHYSICIAN?
Yes. this will ensure that you are fit to participate in the Beast or Bodied program. This also applies if you intend on altering your eating habits.
