GETTING STARTED

COMPLETE 4 TRAINING PHASES

Unleash your full potential with our 16-week fitness program, featuring four challenging phases meticulously crafted to push you physically and help you tap into your mental strength like never before.


TRAIN 3 DAYS OUT OF THE WEEK
This program requires you to establish 3 non-consecutive days out of the week to train. You will rest 24 to 48 hours to between some days to recouperate.


MENTALLY PREPARE YOURSELF
Each day represents a new training method and you should mentally prepare yourself for each challenge as it will require focus and determination to complete.


STAY ON TRACK
To keep up with the Beast or Bodied Program you must adhere to the 16 week course as it is designed. That means login in from your tablet or smart phone and complete your routines and do not fall behind.


CHALLENGE YOURSELF
Over the course of the following 16 weeks, you will have the opportunity to monitor your progress and set challenges based on your individual performance for each exercise.


PUSH THE BOUNDERIES
An essential aspect of the Beast or Bodied program is the capability to push yourself to match or surpass your previous performance by activating either of the two challenge modes provided by the program, namely Beast Mode or Bodied Mode.

+ How Does Beast Mode Work?
Beast Mode works by allowing you to challenge yourself against your previous performance of an exercise.

For example, if you were to perform 20 pushups then you would be challenged to do 20 pushups or more the next time that exercise comes back around.
+ How Does Bodied Mode Work?
When Bodied Mode is enabled you will be challenged to strive your personal best.

For instance, if you performed 20 pushups in one routine and 16 in the next, then you will be challenged to your personal best of 20 pushups.
